You can mark any file as an ad by clicking on the artist. Each time the artist plays, there is a line added to the data file which is also marked as an ad or not. The quick play options which are part of the Centova integration scan the data file for tracks from top to bottom so it can take a several hours before it reads the changes.
You can view the data file by clicking on your avatar at the top right of any page of the panel. The ads are marked at the end of each line with either N or Y, Y means the artist is an ad.
