All pages of SHOUTcast Widgets v7 admin are SSL and start with HTTPS. This means your stream must also be in HTTPS to play.
You can easily activate a server plugin like Centova Cast to automatically create your SSL url. Once your stream has been attached to a plugin with a valid HTTPS stream, you'll see the play icons appear next to each stream in the stream tree.
