You see

What it means

What to do

"Could not reach the Web DJ at … (code 1006)"

The browser couldn't open a connection to that Web DJ address, usually because the address is for a different station.

Press ? to load your station's address and try again. Check Streamers/DJs is enabled on the station in AzuraCast.

"AzuraCast closed the connection straight after login"

AzuraCast rejected the DJ login.

Check the DJ username and password (they're case-sensitive), that the DJ account is active, and that no other DJ is live.

"A DJ is already live on this station"

Another source is connected: another tab, another computer, or software such as BUTT.

Disconnect the other source first. Only one live DJ can connect at a time.

"Web DJ address doesn't match this station"

The address in the box is for a different station.

Choose Use the station address.

"No station selected for this integration" or "AzuraCast has no station …"

Your integration's station ID is empty or wrong.

Pick your station in the red banner and click Use this station.

"Station is offline"

AzuraCast reports the station isn't broadcasting.

Press START on the On Air Now card, or check the station in AzuraCast.

"Microphone unavailable"

The browser blocked microphone access.

Click the padlock in the address bar, allow the microphone, and reload the page.

Time left shows LIVE or --:--

A live DJ is on, or the track's length is unknown.

Nothing to fix; the countdown returns with the next AutoDJ song.

A deck shows LOAD ERROR

The browser couldn't read that file.

Use MP3, M4A, OGG, WAV or FLAC, or load another track.

No sound at all

Audio hasn't started, or monitoring is off.

Click any studio control once, check MONITOR is on, and check the channel fader, crossfader and MASTER.
