CastBridge counts your listeners every 5 minutes and keeps the history for each stream. Open it with the Stats button on the stream card.
What the Stats page shows
- This month: peak listeners, average listeners (with the change against last month), listening hours, and the percentage of time on air.
- Listeners chart: the last 48 hours or 7 days. Hover over the line to see the total at that moment, split into Icecast, Shoutcast and listeners still on your original source. Gaps mean the stream was off air.
- Daily peak and average: one bar per day. Hover for the average and listening hours, or open Table view for the numbers.
- Directories: your Icecast and SHOUTcast directory status and your Shoutcast address.
A new stream shows its first data within 5 minutes.
How listeners are counted
The total includes everyone listening to the stream through CastBridge: the HTTPS links, your own Icecast and Shoutcast servers, and the directories. If you tick Count source listeners in totals in the stream's settings, people still connected to your original source are added too. Internal connections between our servers are not counted.
The Streams page shows the live count for each stream and for all your streams together, refreshed every 5 seconds.
